Palm Island offers more than 7 miles of pristine beaches, boating, fishing, snorkeling, swimming, kayaking, and shelling. Close by is Don Pedro Island State Park, with hiking trails, beach, and picnic areas.
Here's the "twist": beautiful, unique Palm Island is only accessible by boat or ferry, which runs seven days a week, 365 days a year! You can bring a car, but most residents prefer walking, riding bikes, or golf carts. There is a general store but shopping is usually done in Englewood.
There are limited estates available, and most homes are Key West and Grand Cayman style. Bay front and Gulf front homes are available.
